Return Policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with our products. If for any reason you wish to return a purchase to us, you may do so within 14 days of of receiving your shipment, upon our authorization. The product must be shipped back prepaid(ie.at your expense) in its original packaging and in saleable condition by ground mail for credit or refund. You must request a "Return Authorization" number from us and that number must be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package . A small restocking fee will apply, and some restrictions may be necessary in case of specially-ordered items.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• There are no refunds after 14 days.

Backorder Policy

We normally carry all products in stock but if by chance the product you have selected is backordered, we will contact you. At that point you may wait until it is in stock or you may change your order to something that is available to ship immediately.

Shipping Policies

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS ABOVE $100.00!!! We normally ship all in stock items within 3-5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via Fedex or UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your location (in most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed). If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please e-mail for current shipping times for particular products and locations .Free shipping rates apply to the continental United States except Alaska and Hawaii. Free shipping rates apply to all Canadian provinces except Yukon, Nunavut, and North West Territories.
